DELIVERY TIMES
Your JEKKAH item will be packaged and ready for delivery within 5 working days of order.
Standard delivery times apply - all items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.
STANDARD DELIVERY COST
A single item ordered from JEKKAH will cost a standard £2.95 for delivery in the UK.
If you order over £30 worth of goods then please use the discount code: 'FREEPOST' and the cost of delivery will be deducted from your order.
Delivery charge will automatically be applied when you go proceed to checkout of your cart.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently offer standard delivery to anywhere within Europe and the US, however we are happy to arrange international delivery elsewhere if you email us before purchase at [email protected]. We can in most cases organise custom delivery arrangments, but an additional payment to cover higher postage costs will be required.
*Please note: orders shipped outisde of the UK can be subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please email us at [email protected] to let us know if a return or refund is required and we will notify you of the address to send your item back to. The below guidelines will always apply:
If your JEKKAH item is damaged or faulty then please send it back to us (within 14 days) and we will send you a new item at no extra cost.
If you are unhappy with the size of your JEKKAH item, please send it back to us (within 14 days) and we will send you a different size depending on stock availability. If the exact item is not available in your desired size then we will offer you a choice in a different style. We recommend you see our sizing guide before you purchase as customers must pay for postage of the new item if there is a sizing issue.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the item is not damaged or faulty then please send the item back to us within 14 days, in all original packaging and we will offer you a full refund minus applicable postage costs.
